Music for solo clarinet Janet Hilton celebrates her career of more than 50 years with a full CD of music for solo clarinet, celebrating the wonderful sonority of the clarinet and its colours and expressiveness. Her programme reflects the close relationship she has had with composers through the course of her immensely successful playing career including Malcolm Arnold and Mark Anthony Turnage alongside Stravinsky and Messaien.
