Security
We are committed to ensuring that your data is protected. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have a high level of security applied to our servers. The whole of the willowhaynerecords.com website, including any applicable back-office administration systems, are accessed via an https protocol, ensuring that all data transmitted is encrypted.

Card Security
Card security is an issue that we take very seriously.

All card details submitted when ordering are used to authorise payment via Barclaycard ePDQ and are never stored on the Willowhayne Records servers. When the card is authorised, we receive an authorisation number, and this is then used to settle the exact and final payment once your order is ready for despatch. We are not able to settle for any amount higher than the amount originally authorised.

Barclaycard ePDQ will receive your name, address and card details in order to process your payment. This information will never be used by them for any other purpose.
